The eCommerce landscape has changed a lot over the years - in ways that make our lives as business owners both easier and harder. Today’s video was inspired by me doing my 2022 projections and planning, and recognising there are a lot of new challenges to stay on top of. I then put myself in the mindset of how I felt when I started out on my journey 2 years ago and imagined how I would feel if I was just starting out in this current market climate. From speaking to clients I realised a lot of people in this position are feeling slightly intimidated by these challenges and understandably so. But there are definitely ways to deal with them.

In the video I will be discussing which things to especially keep an eye on in this coming year - particularly market saturation, rising ad costs and shipping challenges! More importantly I will be sharing my tips on how to overcome them. Hope you find it useful - let me know your thoughts!
