How to ensure you have the best year

As cliche as setting New Years resolutions may seem to some, I’m a strong believer in working with whatever we already have in our toolbox. The facts are that, even though it is technically just another day, the new year often feels like an energetic reset. So why not use that to our favour, and try to instil a new way of being if that’s what you desire?

You may be reflecting on 2021 and feel like you’re not at the place you hoped. That’s normal. Very normal in fact - only 9% of people actually achieve their New Year resolutions. This doesn’t have to be your reality moving forward though - there are tested and proven strategies to increase the likelihood of you achieving your goals. If you aren’t satisfied with the way this year has gone, then remember this famous quote - “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result”. Use this time to reflect on what habits/routines you could do differently to get you closer to the life you desire to have. For me, my coaches, and my peers, having an effective goal-setting routine has been one of the foundational causes of the biggest shifts in growth. Hope you find this video useful!
