How to go from Idea --> Launch

It was around this time 2 years ago when I had the idea to start a business. And that idea quickly turned into a decision: “I am starting this business”. Only trouble is I had 0 business experience and a small budget - but what I did have was an awareness of something called the Agile Methodology, a concept that at the time was the underlying foundation of my corporate tech role.

Although this method is far from a secret in the corporate world, I’ve never seen anyone apply the method’s concepts to a small business. I decided to do it anyway, and this enabled me to start my business in just 3 weeks and for less than $500. This is also what I’ve found to be the missing link for most of my consulting clients when it comes to going from business idea to actually launching - the key is to be streamlined.

I’ve detailed the way I applied this to my launch in today’s video. The truth is in today’s day and age, with all the noise, competition and external factors, you can’t afford to approach your business launch in any other way.
