• Specific assessment: The creator suggests doing a particular test. Not only does this give the video credibility but it helps people get ANSWERS. Life is a ball of confusion and any science-backed frameworks that help people understand themselves better and therefore help them make better decisions?? Yeah - it’s a no brainer. It’s also super shareable which IG CEO Adam Mosseri has recently admitted is the algorithm’s favourite metric.

• Impactful case study - She mentions her client John used the learnings from the test to make a small career move that caused big results - more happiness and a lot more more money. Who doesn’t want that?

How you can implement this:

• Find a specific assessment for your niche: Try to make it something that no one’s heard of before. People love frameworks, but they love shiny new stuff more (so probably best not to use Myers-Briggs).

• Tell a story: Fill out the assessment and tell a story about the changes you made and it’s results (or the changes you plan to make and what you think the result will be - this can create an open loop for them to follow your journey for an update). Or you can tell a story of someone else who has done the assessment and the results they got from it.
